How do I book an appointment?

Do I need to bring X-rays?

- We recommend bringing any existing X-rays. If new images are required, these will be taken at a nearby radiology centre.

How far is the clinic from Porto´s Airport?

- Approximately 20 minutes by car or taxi from Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport.

Is there parking available?

- Yes, free parking is available directly in front of the clinic.

Can I have a video consultation before my visit?

- Yes! We offer free video consultations — ideal for patients travelling from abroad.

Will I receive a cost plan before treatment?

- Yes! — before any treatment you will receive a detailed quote with all costs included. No surprises.

Do you work with health insurance?

- We do not work with health insurance providers. After your appointment, we issue a detailed invoice which you may submit to your insurer for reimbursement.

What payment methods do you accept?

- We accept cash, MB Way and bank transfers. Bank details are provided on your invoice.
